I am passionate about organizing. Organizing allows me to feel more grounded in my space – I feel more at ease and less stressed in my clutter free home. Twice a year, I de-clutter my house. If not using items, it is donated or trashed.
Organizing allows me to feel more in control of my environment – I created my own organizational system, so that my space can achieve its’ maximum potential.
Being organized often helps me get things done more effectively and efficiently. That leaves me with more time to focus on the things I enjoy – listening to music, writing on my blog, cooking new dishes, watching favorite TV shows, hanging out with family & friends, etc.
Autumn is a season of inspiration. Love the beautiful bold colors of brown, gold, orange, and red.
Autumn is a season that is associated with great transition. It is the season that invites us to witness the graceful art of letting go, surrendering to change and the descent of nature into a period of rest.
There is so much wisdom that we can learn from nature. I look at the natural world with new eyes of appreciation and wonder.
A peace of mind is a little slice of heaven that makes life truly rich.
Your peace is your birthright. It’s not something that you should ever have to work for.
You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your peace for anything. It has more value than you’ll ever know and if giving it up is the price you must pay, don’t do it.
When I’m not around others, I love spending time alone. I really do.
Spending time with myself, also known as “me time”, can be a simple but important self-care practice that can help me grow and develop personally. It is a time to focus on myself, my mind, and my body, without the pressures and judgments of others.
‘Me Time’ is the conscious effort of taking (much needed) time-out to recharge my batteries. ‘Me Time’ is spent in a range of ways depending what I need at that moment.
This time is meant for me and me alone. It’s not meant to be time alone to catch up on my chores on my to-do list.
It’s truly about pampering me, self-love, thinking about my purpose in life, what are my interests, listen to music, improving my mental health, and connecting more to my spirituality – with God.
Send my circle an inspirational text … brew a cup of coffee, if weather permits, sit on my back porch with my cup of coffee and enjoy nature … if weather does not permit, watch the news and enjoy my cup of coffee … take a shower, wash my face, and brush my teeth … if I have plans, I get dress and move on … if I don’t have plans, I put on some lounging clothes and chill 😁
Remember that Fate is something that is predetermined by an outside force, while Destiny is determined by the choices and actions taken by an individual.
Think of Fate as something that is out of your control, while Destiny is something that you can control through your choices and actions.
Social Media & Technology, can lead to over-communication and an expectation of constant contact, which can be draining.
Social media is only as positive as the hands of the people it’s in – but it looks like it’s here to stay, whether we like it or not.
With the rise of social media and messaging apps, we can now communicate with friends, family, and colleagues in real-time, regardless of where they are located.
Social media and technology is an important part of today’s world.
It helps us stay connected and share ideas, thoughts, and opinions with others in a safe and secure environment.
It can also be used to promote businesses, organizations, and causes, as well as to stay informed about current events and trends.
There are also negative effects of social media or technology include cyberbullying, the spread of misinformation, addiction, the decline in face-to-face communication, low self-esteem issues, social isolation, cyber stalking, and harassment, a decrease in privacy, and comparison and envy.
So social media and technology is positive thing and a negative thing … it depends on the motive of the person using it.
